• Account Managers – licensed agents who help to maintain and update your insurance policies. Our managers are insurance experts; they specialize in helping you to maintain your coverage to keep pace with your specific needs.
• Claims Specialists – licensed agents who are trained to understand insurance contracts and policies so that if/when you have a claim, you have someone, in our office, to assist you throughout the entire claims process.
